Here's some things you need to know in case you run into a hypothermia incident (when someone's body temperature is too cold to continue functioning correctly)
1) Healthy individuals afflicted with hypothermia will not die if treated correctly.
2) Keep the victim horizontal
&
3) Do not allow the victim to move around.
This is to prevent the cold blood that is stuck in the limbs from circulating into the rest of the (warm, conscious) body.
It is okay to apply CPR to the victim. In the absence of medical equipment, breathing warm, moist air into the victim's mouth and respiratory system is probably the best you can do.
